Reader mode
Overview
Reader mode is a DataLab feature designed to simplify the display of notebook content by automatically hiding code cells. This document provides guidance on how to use Reader Mode.
You can find the reader mode toggle on the top right in your workbook interface.
How Reader Mode Works
In reader mode, code cells are hidden by default, presenting a cleaner view focused on the notebook's text content and outputs. However, the code is not removed or altered, and you can access any hidden code cell at any time by clicking on View source next to the cell, when hovering over it.
The only other cell control in reader mode is Comment, which will open up the comment panel to the right.
Remember that changing the reader mode status does not alter the notebook contents—it only changes the way it is displayed.
